WE’RE UNIQUE AND WE’RE SPECIAL

Being ‘unique’ is something we never truly value. But isn’t being uniquely you, uniquely incredible?

The fact that nobody in this world is a replica of you, is beautiful. It’s magnificent. It is everything God dreamed up for the uniquely special… ‘you’?

What a wonderful world it would be if we all accepted the individuality that makes you ‘you’ and me ‘me’. Together we could be a collective ‘us’.

The Museum of Me is always in admiration of our individual and beautiful uniqueness, always pioneering what makes ‘me’ special. But, today it is completely out of our hands.

It’s now in the hands of the outstanding students of this outstanding school. Even Ofsted thinks so.

Take it away, St Annes...

Hello,

At St Anne’s Catholic Primary School, art and creativity is one of the many ways in which we help children express themselves and make sense of the world around them. We believe that every child is creative, and we provide rich opportunities for pupils to explore ideas, experiment with materials, and develop their own artistic voice in a supportive and inspiring environment.

When we were asked to create an art project on the theme “Museum of Me,” we immediately reflected on our mission statement, which reminds us that each person is unique and special. The project encouraged us to think about who we are as individuals and to recognise our God-given gifts. Through art, we celebrated our differences and gave thanks for the way God has created each of us with love and purpose. The “Museum of Me” became a joyful expression of self-worth, reflection, and faith, reminding us that everyone has a story worth sharing.
